Ingredients:
- 1 glass of cold milk
- ½ avocado
- 1 ripe banana
- 20 grams of spinach leaves
- 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
Preparation:
1. Remove the peel from the avocado and place the pulp in a blender.
2. Add the milk, the washed spinach leaves and the banana cut into slices, together with the brown sugar.
3. Whisk the vitamin until it has a smooth appearance.
4. Serve immediately.
